{"id":3877,"date":"2024-07-31T23:59:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T21:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goodbrands-ag.com\/?p=3877"},"modified":"2024-07-31T22:14:31","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T20:14:31","slug":"good-brands-celebrates-bedrop-exit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodbrands-ag.com\/en\/good-brands-celebrates-bedrop-exit\/","title":{"rendered":"Good Brands celebrates bedrop exit!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Yesterday marks a significant moment for Good Brands &#8211; we are celebrating our successful exit from bedrop!\nAfter an intensive notary appointment, it is now official: we have sold our shares in bedrop to Arcus Capital. <br\/><br\/>Together with Judith Williams, we have been proud partners of bedrop since the beginning of 2022.\nWithin 2.5 years, we have made impressive progress together and achieved numerous milestones.\nJudith Williams remains on board with her company Start Now and supports bedrop on its further growth path.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The year 2023 and the first half of 2024 were characterized by extremely strong growth for bedrop.\nThis growth is now being further promoted by a new investor: Arcus Capital.\nArcus Capital is a renowned private equity investor with a strong portfolio of companies, particularly in the D2C sector.\nWe have already worked successfully with Arcus on Bitterliebe and know that bedrop is in good hands here.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bedrop&#8217;s ambitious online and offline growth targets are impressive and we are confident that Arcus Capital will support bedrop in achieving and exceeding these targets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A big thank you goes to the entire bedrop team, Arcus Capital, Dominik Forstner and Tobias Bergmeister from GOF G\u00fctt Olk Feldhaus, Robert Bastian from Dentons and our co-investors Masa and Sebastian Schmidt, 68 Ventures with Jan Stratmann and Andre Sierek as well as Alexander Beringer for their outstanding cooperation and tireless commitment.
