Strategic partnership between Good Brands AG and Start Now Consulting GmbH

Since the end of 2021, Good Brands AG has been working in a strategic partnership with Start Now Consulting GmbH to manage the portfolio of Judith Williams. We, Good Brands AG, will now provide our support in managing the investments of Start Now Consulting GmbH.

Start Now Consulting GmbH manages the investments pledged by TV juror Judith Williams from the well-known VOX show “Die Höhle der Löwen”.

“We are very pleased with the strategic partnership between our two investment companies. There are many overlapping topics, but also specific expertise with each individual cooperation partner, so we will complement each other very well,” says Marc Langner, CEO of Good Brands AG.

“We can only underline this very clearly,” adds Hannes Kohl, former Managing Director of Start Now GmbH. “In the context of the joint investment BitterLiebe, we have already worked very closely together and the EXIT completed in December 2020 was excellently initiated, accompanied, and implemented by Good Brands AG. We now want to expand the trustful cooperation that has emerged from this.”

Sustainability for the future, for which we take responsibility in the present.

For Good Brands AG and its employees, considering ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria is important. In addition to economic responsibility, we are also aware of our ecological and social responsibility towards people and the environment.

Due to our sense of responsibility, we have adopted an ESG guideline to reduce the impact of sustainability risks and to consider sustainability aspects in the investment process as well as within the company. Our due diligence process will now include a questionnaire on ESG criteria, which should be considered in the investment decision.

In addition, Good Brands has introduced an ethics clause for future investment agreements. Accordingly, the relevant investments have the obligation to run the company in an ethical, socially responsible, and integer way and to work towards sustainable economic success. Furthermore, the companies undertake to ensure that the employees of the company treat every person with respect regardless of their origin, worldview, and way of life and respect the inviolability and protection of the dignity of each individual.
